First, “subscribe me to special offers” checkbox on their website when you book. This is a “dark pattern”. Not what I expected from a credible service. Second, while using the app, after I entered all my details, “enter password” dialog appears. I do not know my password and there is no link to restore it or something. So all my entered data progress is lost and I cannot make a booking. Have to use rivaling app which does nit demand my “password” on the last step of registration.
